Terracotta Jewelry Holder

I made this Jewelry Holder for my Mother-In-Law for her birthday. It turned out so cute and she loved it. This is so nice especially if you put your jewelry in a place that people see, like my
Mother-In-Law she keeps some of her jewelry in her kitchen so I made this holder to match her kitchen. It is really simple to make and is so worth it!

Antique Terracotta Jewelry Holder

What You Will Need:
2 small size terracotta pots
3 different size terracotta saucers
(I used an 8, 10 and 12 inch)
2 bottles of craft paint
(I used red)
1 bottle of craft paint
(if you want an antique look, I used dark brown)
Paint Brush
Gorilla Glue

Instructions:
Paint each pot and saucer, let it dry then add a second coat. If you want a brighter colored holder you are ready to glue. If you want an antique look... pour the paint you are using for your antique look (mine is dark brown) in a cup and add water to thin the paint. Brush on paint and quickly wipe off with a paper towel. Make sure not to put too much paint. You can always add more but you can't really take any extra off. Let dry. Glue each side of the terracotta pot to a saucer with gorilla glue. Let dry 30-60 minutes. After its done drying you will have white showing where your glue dried. Quickly paint two coats around the white glue, let dry, then wipe the watered down paint around to finish it off. To see a video on this project click HERE
